The Election Commission provides voter files for candidates and campaigns and can be purchased at any time. Voter information cannot be used for commercial purposes; however, candidates may use the information for contacting voters.

- Title (Mr., Ms., etc.)
- Voter's Name
- Year of Birth
- Date of Registration
- Registered Address
- Telephone Number (if not private)
- Mailing Address
- Political Party
- Ward and Precinct
- Ballot Type
- Voting History (for the past 10 elections)
- Party Voted (for each election)
- Voting Districts (Legislative District, Board of Regents, etc.)
The cost of the file is $150.00. Updates are provided upon request for one year. Voter files can be paid for with cash or check.
Files are sold on a USB. The files are provided in Microsoft Access 2003 format, as well as a tab delimited text file. Please note that the file cannot be provided in a Microsoft Excel format because there are too many records.
